Mr. Lobsinger has been in the real estate business for over 30 years, getting his start as a commercial real estate agent in Calgary and Saskatoon. He has developed commercial, residential and hotel buildings in Alberta, Saskatchewan and British Colombia. Mr. Lobsinger retired as the CEO of several public companies, with market caps in the hundreds of millions, to concentrate on real estate development. Mr. Lobsinger has a B.A and a B.COMM. Michael has been with the company for several years, after leaving behind a career in politics. He has studied in London, Paris and New York, and has a B.A (Hon.) and a B.COMM. (mjl@lpdi.ca)

Richard has a B.COMM. from St. Mary's University. Richard has worked on sales for Lake Placid's Centuria Urban Village project in Kelowna, BC, Centuria on the Park project in Calgary, and now continues on with sales of Lake Placid's River Landing Village project in Saskatoon. (richard@lpdi.ca)

Mr. Goddard has extensive experience in all facets of law including corporate, commercial litigation, construction, municipal, insurance, regulatory, environmental and technology law.  He has a B.A. (Econ.) from U.W.O., an LL.B. Kevin has great experience and the ability to oversee multiple projects. His expertise is broad based with proficiency for residential and commercial construction and has excelled in project management across all the major sectors with a reputation building high quality projects.
