Mr. Lobsinger has been in the real estate business for over 30 years, getting his start as a commercial real estate agent in Calgary and Saskatoon. He has developed commercial, residential and hotel buildings in Alberta, Saskatchewan and British Colombia. Mr. Lobsinger retired as the CEO of several public companies, with market caps in the hundreds of millions, to concentrate on real estate development. Mr. Lobsinger has a B.A and a B.COMM. Ms. Moore has over 10 years experience in the commercial and residential Real Estate Development and Property Management Industries with various types of entities based predominantly in Western Canada, including private, institutional and government. She most recently worked with a major international institutional Asset Manager/Developer on a portfolio of Commercial and Industrial projects in Edmonton, Winnipeg and Houston.

Sandra has an Applied Degree in Business Administration (Accounting) from Mount Royal College and holds her Certified General Accountant (CGA) Designation. She is currently working towards her Alberta Real Estate License to further the skill set she can apply to projects with Lake Placid Group of Companies; Sandra is also actively involved with the Calgary Association of CGA Alberta reviewing the practical experience submissions of potential CGA candidates.

Kevin has great experience and the ability to oversee multiple projects. His expertise is broad based with proficiency for residential and commercial construction and has excelled in project management across all the major sectors with a reputation building high quality projects.

Whilst also acting as a guide and resource for other team members, Kevin is at present overseeing Centuria on the Park project in Calgary, Lake Placid's River Landing Village project in Saskatoon. (kevin@lpdi.ca)
