Mr. Lobsinger has been in the real estate business for over 30 years, getting his start as a commercial real estate agent in Calgary and Saskatoon. He has developed commercial, residential and hotel buildings in Alberta, Saskatchewan and British Colombia. Mr. Lobsinger retired as the CEO of several public companies, with market caps in the hundreds of millions, to concentrate on real estate development. Mr. Lobsinger has a B.A and a B.COMM. Kevin has great experience and the ability to oversee multiple projects. His expertise is broad based with proficiency for residential and commercial construction and has excelled in project management across all the major sectors with a reputation building high quality projects.
